You're right. None of these are ideal for the consumer. I thought of all 4 approaches and came up with:

1. Most feasible, though I'd hate to deprive myself of SOME of the otherwise good content.

2+3. YT is cracking down on ad blockers, and that also would mean holding money back from all content creators. Also for Apple TV I would need a hardware solution to blocking ads and I'm not too inclined to invest in that too.

4. I used Nebula for 2 years. The problem is YT has a ton of amazing content. In fact, it's the best streaming service out there. I get a ton of value out of it. While Nebula was great, it still has very limited content.

Louis makes some good points, though I also think he gets overly angry about everything which I think doesn't do him and his message any favours.
