You're at the beginning of your career, you're opinionated, I get that. Been there myself. 10 years later, here's how I sum it up: "use the right tool for the right job". I can understand that where you live the programming opportunities are limited and potentially outdated, but as someone who moved from a small Eastern European town to the West, I can tell you, it's worth changing your circumstances if you feel they're limiting your growth and opportunities.
