You should be immensely proud of yourself, and I feel blessed to know you and to have learned so many thing from you already in a fairly short time-span.

I think it’s very important to highlight to other people and companies that success always comes at a human cost, be that free time, or in your case even pain. Engineers are people just as much as every other human being and their daily personal struggles are real and must be taken into account. In every good relationship both sides try to support each other and are mindful of each other’s needs, struggles, dreams.

You need to keep writing these. You need to keep talking about this. There’s definitely a Ted talk in there, trust me ;)
