Yes, that's a very good additional point, Andi! They provide no real value, or act as teaching material.

Perhaps an unpopular take, but I do think that we should expect as much from others as we do of ourselves. We should of course also accept that some might not meet those expectations, but I think the world has gotten a bit too "everyone at their own pace" kind of place, where expectations are seen as a negative rather than a incentive to grow. I think everyone can use someone to tell them "you need to do better", and most people can. People are fantastic creatures capable of a lot. We created generative AI, so I'm sure expecting basic stuff is well within the limits of human capability. 🙂
