Yeah, unfortunately this is inevitable once you create a democratic crowdsourced platform for content, you will get anything and everything. The alternative would be for some algorithm to filter stuff out for you, but that could also lead to a very skewed reading experience where you only get exposed to thoughts that you already agree with, and I would advocate against that, because ultimately humans need to be exposed to alternative views in order to grow.
