Wow. Must be tough, living in a world of data abundance but with a capped pipe. I mean I get 3 and 4G being capped, but when it comes to broadband, I never had capping, not even when I had my first DSL line installed with 1Mb/s bandwidth. I remember only the first couple of months there was a fair use policy (after X number of GB, you bandwidth would fall to 25%) as it was still a very new offering back then, but they scrapped it very quickly so I essentially always had unlimited internet.
