While many of the suggestions here come from a good place and from experience, I feel that the business aspects and challenges are completely ignored. I see this with a lot of writers here, they moan about things that actually keeps the platform alive and pays them their $$$ every month. This is a small company, and it's weird how few people realise that. For it's size it's punching way above its weight.
