While I am happy with 27", especially at 5K, I do agree with you that it's on the low end for 2022 and the price-range. Another thing that bugs me is the M1 iMac actually. While good value for money, I really feel Apple should have released a 27" version too. 24" at this point is just sad. Sure it might work for the average Joe, but an additional 27" offering would have been quite popular.
