What needs to happen is incredibly harsh laws against this kind of shite. A conviction should carry a punishment of 30 years in prison and probation for the rest of their lives. During those 30 years use all the prisoners to rebuild and advance the world’s infrastructures. That’ll teach the motherfuckers.
