Truly sorry this happened to you. I fully agree that if one wants to take nudes and cares where they land or don't land, maybe don't take them at all, or perhaps use an analogue camera to take them. I thought a few times what would I do if something leaked (there is nothing to leak, but hypothetically) and probably my initial feeling would be anger, and then I'd be like, "oh, well, it's just another human body", after all I've nothing to feel ashamed of.
