The trolls are easy. Just block them and hide their comments, move on. The assholes who weren't educated in intelligent debate are the more problematic ones. Those I sometimes educate and push them to express their opinion in a non-violent way or just never answer them. I don't mind if people disagree as long as they do it in a civilised manner and are able to argument their views. Sometimes they genuinely bring new information to the surface, which makes it a valuable conversation.
