The Metaverse in its first few iterations will be aimed at corporate and business use, then commercial use and finally leisure use. I am not a fan of it, but it will likely happen one way or another, be that Mark's creepy hellverse or another. I can see a future where in 10 years we have competing metaverses just like we have competing streaming platforms. Again, not a fan of it at all, gonna stay away from it as long as I can, but it will happen.
