The law needs to improve. In this case for instance I would have ruled that the troll be punished with a 10% fine of what he originally asked for, all costs, including nuisance and lost time to the defendant and 150 hours of community service and 150 images of his existing catalogue to be made public domain. Do that to a few trolls and you get rid of all of them.
