Thanks. We cannot assume the user will use the browser’s zoom functionality. Also, we cannot assume the page is responsive and reflows. Plenty sites and apps out there that don’t or do a very bad job at it. Disabled users often have OS-level tools they use for zooming/magnifying their viewports.
