This whole December 31st thing might be misunderstood a bit. The way I understand it, the 100 followers rule applies to this year. This does not state that in 2022 no one can become a partner, or the eligibility limit changes in any drastic way. Say it becomes 200 or even 500. I'd say even those numbers are easy enough to meet with a bit of patience and being active on the platform. Remains to be seen though what things will look like in two or so weeks.
