Sure. Well, it's quite simple. We get the normal days that we are entitled to legally, and additionally the company allows you to take more paid days off as you see fit. Of course, if you end up taking 100 days, you will be explained that that's a bit too much. 😂 But yeah, if you want to take a few extra days here, a few there, take a half-day off say in the summer on Fridays and stuff like that, it's perfectly fine.
