Sorry, can’t agree on this. Anyone selling something needs to make a profit. That means there is the value of the product and then some extra. Same goes for salaries. If workers got paid what they’re worth, the employer would have zero profit at the end of the day, so workers will get paid less than what they’re worth. What people think something is worth to them changes all the time based on a wide range of factors, so that isn’t a good metric.
