Some will argue that vans can be turned into electrically assisted three wheeled utility bikes. In fact, A Post in Ireland has some of these. They're fine, to be honest, but they're essentially just slower electric cars for now, and I bet you, in 10 years they'll be much faster, so not a bike anymore, but a car, an electric car.
