Some interesting views here that I myself subscribe to. I see so many engineers getting bogged down with refactoring, heck, even "prefactoring", self-blocking delivery of a feature or software because they always think code can be written better, which while often true, it's also just as often unnecessary and a financial overhead for an organisation.
