One major problem with this article - 25 year olds are NOT millennials. What you're referring to there is more like generation Z. Most millennials I know are pretty level-headed folks who make fun (non-maliciously) of Gen Z. Every generation changes something. It's called evolution, revolution, involution, call it whatever you want, it's gonna happen.
