My top 5 lessons:
- in the summer it's already day outside, in the winter it's dark as hell
- at 5am I am sleepy and I yawn a lot
- waking up at 7 would have been another option, same for 8 or 9
- most people who write and rave about it, give it up in less than a year
- that I'm doing this to myself for whatever weird reason, and maybe I should fix the reason rather than implement this particular solution
P.S. I did he morning routine for about 7 months. I found a better way after, that lets me sleep till 9am, and still keep me just as productive if not even more so.
