My advice is to stop trying to please FAANG companies by playing their stupid game. I have quite recently told a recruiter no because she was trying to sell me a job at Google. I politely declined. She insisted. I told her that as long as the company she represents is Google, I ain't interested. Simple as that. So many developers turn their lives into a living hell by trying to get into one of these companies, instead of looking for a company that has a real mission and helps people.
