Meh. I wouldn’t be so sure. If in the long run it makes Medium a platform that’s taken more seriously and good writers with good articles start joining, it could just be what Medium needs. Right now, all those money-making articles are giving Medium a bad name. Sorry, mate, I know you like writing them, but paying customers need more than that for Medium to thrive.
