Javascript in Plain English, Level Up Coding, Hackernoon (now retired, but was the best of the best), Better Programming, Flutter Devs. The thing is though, I never really read the publications themselves. I end up reading the stories because some individual writer's story show up in my feed or I land on it via DuckDuckGo. I think what Medium helps with is the amazing ranking it has on search engines and the huge reader-base.
