It’s kind of annoying that you would jump to that conclusion. I have conducted many interviews, and especially juniors are often scared to look things up during the interview. Some ask if they can, others I just tell upfront it’s OK to do that and you can see the relief on their faces. And then you have the memes out there that how software engineer googled this and that, which means the assumption out there is that we don’t. So no, not added for content’s sake.
