It was a pretty uneventful New Year. I never make a fuss about it. Spam is more when you copy-paste comments to a ton of users asking them to follow you or linking to an unrelevant article. The frequency of writing won’t cause any issues. It also depends on the topics you write about. I use Medium almost as a column space, others for news or downright blogging about their life. Many writers feel, including myself that posting daily might be an overkill. You need to test various approaches out for yourself, see what works best.
