It still boggles the mind that anything other than experience and excellence can affect an offer. It should be the simplest equation to reach objectively. Experience == value. Sure, it may be regionally different (say the offer in Ireland might be a different number than in Poland for instance), but that won't suprise anyone as it's closely connected to local economy. Everything else isn't and should be considered discrimination.
