Interesting view. Have you checked out the latest versions of Flutter and FlutterFire? I think they work really well together.
Now, when it comes to bugs, I won't deny, Flutter isn't perfect, but I have yet to see a framework that is. The first iteration of Angular had a ton of issues, yet it still became hugely popular and shaped the web for many years now. One thing to note about bugs is also that on the repo people often post "bugs" that are in fact just questions about how to do things, or various misunderstandings around how the framework is supposed to work.
