Imagine this: you're working for the New York Times. You write an article. Great. Do you then go and read all your colleague's articles too? Nope, you'll read a few, the stuff that you actually care about and you'll discuss it with a few of them.

I have been 10+ years on Medium and never worried about inauthentic engagement. Just read and engage with Medium like you would with the New York Times. Simples. 🙂
