And to answer your question, yes, absolutely, if Ford wouldn't have pushed ICE so aggressively, we would have been electric for nearly 100 years now, and potentially much further with the technology. Also, electric cars are nowhere near sustainable. As it stands, it's just shifting energy generation somewhere else. You want a sustainable future? Get cars off the road or look at something beyond what current electric cars are.
