If I read the article correctly, that is part of the common complaints, not a suggestion. You are right, 90% of code I have access to on Github is private and most of the public code is unfinished because that's what we developers do. Never finish side-projects... 😆 But I even started making my side-projects private because you never know when it could become the next big business and I don't want someone else to just use it and get rich on my back.
