I would argue that there are plenty of team-members you can trust and rely on for each of those, but hey, if this is what works for you, sounds like you have it all figured out. I will applaud anyone who wants to learn coding regardless of reasons, my humble point is more along the lines of it not being a must and I have my reasons. Many more happy management years to you! 🙂
