I think this bit is particularly true, and while sure there is the WAS certification, ultimately what matters the most will be a holistic and empathetic approach to software design and development. I think the more people will have these certifications, the more will understand that the world is a bit more complex than we assumed and people can have very different experiences with the same product. We assume a car’s wheel is going to be used as a car wheel, yet I remember rolling down the hill as a kid, or (to this day) seeing it used as a base for terrace umbrellas in developing countries. The way something is used is not entirely predictable and we should think twice before telling someone “you’re using it wrong”.
