I know the feeling and have experienced your conundrum. I have 5 Macs currently on my desk - though in fairness 2 of those are company Macs. The other 3 are mine, and had I not sold the M2 Pro MacBook Pro, I would have 4. Until this morning that number was 2, but hey... that M4 Mac mini in the store needed a nice home and mine was available, hence the 3 Macs. 😁 The way I look at it is, it's important to have at least one backup machine. One of the 3 machines is an insanely high spec 14" M3 Max. Spent 6 grand on it. I am keeping it, in fact, I am going to keep it for at least 10 years. It's an attempt at seeing just how long these machines can last and remain useful. So maybe do that. Keep it and 9 years from now do a video about the M3 Max 10 years later. I know I am planning an article. 😁
