I get where you're coming from, but the arguments are flawed. There's first of all inadequate supply, hence high prices. Secondly millenials are not in their late 20s, they're i their 30s, and many of do own homes. The generations coming after us have a somewhat different view on home ownership becuse many of them don't want to be "tethered down". Unfortunately you based your entire article on a Gary who doesn't know who the milennials are.
