I don't think I claimed it is an M1 issue per se, but rather that an M1 with low RAM is still a bottlenecked CPU, unlike a lot of claims were thrown around at the beginning. It's more capable than an Intel or a Windows machine with the same configuration, but not the "beast" many touted it to be.
