I don't think anyone would get suspended for posting a few short comments. I do that too sometimes. Been here for over 10 years. It never was a problem, because that's not what I do consistently. Spammers however did that very consistently. That and copy-pasting parts of our own stories into the comment likely with some automation. That's a pattern that's quite easy to pick up on.
