I certainly can’t help you reading entirely the opposite of what I have written, but for what it’s worth, many many claims were put out there saying the entry model 13” replaced their full-spec 15”. Heck, I have seen actual dev workflows that prove just that. However, what this article proves is that just one workflow in isolation does not make a machine faster than it really is. I still claim it’s a powerful machine, but what I did manage to also prove is the age-old truth — RAM is and will for the foreseeable future be a bottleneck.
