I am an editor of 2 Medium publications, but not an editor of books. In fact that's something I am looking for myself as well. I have a 400 page novel in draft too. It seems that an editing job for a book of that size would cost between 7-10K (euro/pounds). Self-publishing has a high up-front cost.
