Dunno what to say... All the companies I worked for hire juniors all the time. You can't not hire juniors, you cannot get seniors without hiring juniors first. It's just common sense. The companies that don't hire juniors will see themselves in 10 years not having a pool of engineers to hire from at any level. Is that what they want?
