Don't worry about it, it won't. For decades in Romania you could get antibiotics just going to the pharmacy without a single prescription. If anything, Romanians have become a lot more resilient to illnesses. Half the stuff that gets people sick in Ireland, I never had a problem with and the same goes for many of my compatriots.
