Depends who you wanna sell to. Some like a blank slate to work with, others just wanna move in and have it totally livable. Hard to tell who is a better customer. My dead neighbor’s apartment is being done up before sale. I think it doesn’t need new floors. Let the new owners decide on the color, style, etc. Maybe they prefer tiles! 🤷‍♂️
