Clearly. I and every LEGO fan must lack imagination if we don't instantly think of biodiesels. No offence, but I don't see the correlation... Biofuels are mere a stop-gap "solution" and poor one at that. Last time I checked plants need water to grow and there has been a bit of problem with that lately. I am 99.9% certain when LEGO released that statement they were not thinking of the next hypercar running on biodiesel and the proof is in the newly released sets as I clearly outlined.
