Being an Eastern European familiar with both Romanian and Hungarian women, I feel that not admitting fault goes beyond Russia. Now, I am not old enough to know (born in '85) wether this is something the Soviet era sneaked into their DNA or not, but there are definitely some patterns worth investigating.
