Back in my news writing days we would put all-caps "EXCLUSIVE" in the title, but that looks ugly. The "All rights reserved" is a much nicer option. You can also put a notice at the end stating it's exclusive and you don't allow any embedding, partial use, etc, and even link to legal statements and warn the user you will go after them if they do.
